Parlix

The Parlix™ solution is a low cost call management application for call centres. It enables businesses to run call centre systems at a significant fraction of the cost for larger systems.

It boasts such features as: versatile call agent support, intelligent call queuing, call monitoring, message handling, real time call notification, and many others. It is a flexible, multi-module software package that can be tailored to meet the needs of the most demanding and competitive call centers.

Administration of the system is done from parlix's web based administration interface.
