Our History
Founded in May 1998, Digital Solutions aims to fill a technological gap in the regional market, the partners sought to develop a strong software house through development of local talent.
Digital Solutions's first major product was the Butterfly software application. Completed in June 1999, Butterfly helped establish the Company locally as a serious contender in the emerging Information Technology market in Uganda. Developing and deploying Butterfly also provided the initial staff of Digital Solutions a great learning opportunity.
Digital Solutions has grown from these humble beginnings and has to date, completed many major software projects, some of which we describe on this site. The Company has also continued to recruit and train the very best and brightest, so as to keep innovation at its best.
